Regan Rankin Academy of Irish Dance
Thank you for the opportunity to speak to your child today regarding nutrition and exercise! My name is Laura Poland and I am a registered Dietitian Nutritionist and a Certified Personal Trainer. I have started my own business “Dietitian In Your Kitchen” to provide nutrition coaching services to families.
I hope you and your child enjoyed the presentation and will take home some helpful nutrition tips to help fuel their endeavors in Irish Dance. In addition I host personal and group grocery store tours.
