Self-Guided, Dietitian-Led Culinary & Nutrition Course
Let the Dietitians guide your nutrition and culinary efforts! C.H.E.F.S. stands for Cooking, Healthy Eating, and Food Strategies. It is a virtual, self-paced nutrition course designed to support you with basic cooking skills instruction while exploring the health benefits of foods.
You’ll have access to a library of 12 culinary nutrition lessons to gain knowledge and confidence in preparing simple, delicious meals and snacks you can count on to deliver big health benefits.

Solve the “What’s For Dinner?” Frustration
Each week we will challenge you to take steps to incorporate eight concepts into your busy life. Ultimately saving you time, reducing your frustration and getting you excited about “What’s for Dinner”!
Our dietitians will support you in weekly virtual group sessions answering all of your questions, providing a brief education session on the topic and helping you to set a personal goal for the week. Every goal you set will be something you feel comfortable doing indefinitely.
Included with each group:
- Use our secure nutrition app, you will set SMART goals and track your progress (Monitored by the dietitian)
- In app message with the dietitian during business hours between sessions

6-Week Self-Guided, Dietitian-Led Course
Let the Dietitians guide your nutrition efforts! Through evidenced-based learning modules, you will gain confidence to make healthy lifestyle changes. Within the program you will receive four 40-minute Dietitian-led courses, recipes, exercise handouts and so much more!
The content is available for 6 weeks. During that time, you will have unlimited access to ask your nutrition/lifestyle 101 questions from one of our dietitians. We utilize Healthie, a secure online platform. Features of Healthie include private chat/communication with the dietitian, tracking tools for weight, activity, food, and goal setting. The dietitian will be monitoring your use of these tools and communicate and encourage your progress.
