Nutrition Coaching
Using Healthie, individual nutrition consultations will be provided which focuses on each client’s unique nutrition needs. Nutrition goals will be established as well as a schedule of weekly follow up consults for achieving those goals. Nutrition consults will focus on:
- Knowledge and education for specific dietary needs (such as blood sugar control, weight loss etc.),
- Healthy habit review (fluids, fruit & vegetable intake, meal timing and more!)
- Menu planning
- Grocery shopping
Initial consultations will be 60 minutes per employee. Follow up sessions will be to review set goals, determine progress and update goals weekly with a 15-30 minute video check in.
*Timing of sessions can be discussed and sessions may qualify for insurance billing.

Self-Guided, Dietitian-Led Programs
Through evidenced-based learning modules, participants will gain confidence to make healthy lifestyle changes.
Each participant will receive a 4-week module, including presentations, exercises, and additional resources. The content is available for 6 weeks. During that time, each participant can expect:
- Unlimited access to our dietitians via a HIPAA compliant/secure online telehealth platform
- Private chat with the dietitian weekly
- Tracking tools food, weight (if desired), steps
- 20 downloadable, seasonal meal plans with recipes and grocery lists

Health Fairs
Hire a professional for your next employee health fair! We provide a nutrition expert for your employees to ask their questions and get evidence based answers! We provide an education/information table based on a healthy topic of your choice with an option of providing food samples and recipes.

Virtual & Personal
Grocery Store Tours
Virtual Grocery Store Tours will be provided in a virtual setting (onsite or via online). A Registered Dietitian will lead your group through a virtual grocery store for 45 minutes.
The tour will cover the following highlights:
- Planning Before You Go
- Fruits & Vegetables – freshness, nutrition and cost
- Breads, Bagels and Buns – fiber content vs whole grain
- Meats – lean cuts and how to reduce costs
- Dairy – cheeses, yogurts and milk how to choose low-fat and avoid added sugars in yogurt/milk
- Cereals – reading the label for sugar content, protein and fiber
- Crackers & Snack Foods – reading labels and best choices
- Special Considerations: eliminating hydrogenated oils; sodium; added sugars vs natural sugars
Participants will be encouraged to bring in food labels to receive personalized questions about their food choices.
