About Caitlyn

My name is Caitlyn and helping athletes fuel for their sport is my dietetic passion. The most important step to proper fueling is establishing a healthy relationship with food because ALL foods fit into a healthy diet. Once this relationship is realized, my goal is to help each athlete optimize performance and feel energized through evidence-based nutrition strategies. As a runner myself, I understand the desire to perform at the highest level possible, and adequate nutrition is an essential part of achieving that success. For my credentials, I received a Bachelor of Arts in Athletic Training from Capital University and a Master of Science in Medical Dietetics from The Ohio State University. I am a registered and licensed dietitian, and I am currently working towards becoming a board-certified specialist in sports dietetics (CSSD).
