Get Nutritionally Fit! This comprehensive 8 week program will challenge you to follow a new goal each week. From diet to exercise to sleep, we will cover 8 specific goals to get you Nutritionally Fit. Initial consults will also provide you with a personal meal plan, meal planning tips and 20 seasonal menus!
A customized monthly follow-up nutrition service. You will receive a personal nutrition approach to your health and fitness goals. You will work with Laura, an experienced Registered Dietitian, who specializes in behavior change, helping to implement your new eating program and improving your accountability with real-time communication and feedback to ensure you remain on the road of positive change. Together we will continue to create eating habits that fit your nutrition, lifestyle and health related goals.
Participate in a one-time consultation. Are you seeking assistance with your daily eating program and meal planning skills? Whether it is fine tuning your nutrition to ensure good immune and cardiovascular health or overcoming a weight loss plateau, this service includes a customized eating program based on past medical health history, fitness level and future nutrition goals.
Dietitian In Your Kitchen has enjoyed supporting wellness initiatives for groups, local businesses & fitness centers via wellness challenges, presentations, health fairs and cooking demonstrations. Dietitian In Your Kitchen is owned and operated by Laura Poland RDN, LD, who has over 15 years’ experience in wellness programming.
